Toshiba Chromebook 2 : Review and Specifications

Following Acer, HP and other manufacturers, Toshiba has also announced its next generation of Chromebook laptops. The Toshiba Chromebook 2 would have two models: first with standard HD display and another with Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display. Both models would have 13.3” screen and Intel Celeron N2830 Bay Trail processor. While the first-generation Toshiba Chromebook CB30-A3120 runs on Intel’s Celeron 2955U Haswell-based processor, the newer models should have enhanced performance and battery life.

While most of the hardware specifications are the standard Chromebook features, Toshiba Chromebook 2 is certainly missing the “high-end” processors as with the HP Chromebook 14 & Acer Chromebook 13 CB5-311 ( NVIDIA Tegra K1) and the refreshed Acer C720 Chromebook with Intel Core i3. Its full HD display and silver matte finish make it attractive.
